In 2009, we visited 517 homes and found many happy pets and as many happy families! Due to inappropriate care and conditions, we also took away several adopted animals and managed to improve living conditions for some others. When we didn't find many owners at home or when we didn't manage to visit, we will surely do so very soon. We would like to thank everyone who opened their hearts and homes to abandoned cats and dogs and we invite everybody to send us stories and pictures of your adopted pets. We shall publish them on this web site and perhaps encourage more people to adopt abandoned pets and give them a loving home. If you decide to get a pet, there are some 170 dogs waiting at the shelter and perhaps one of them can become your best friend for life.
